Join Richard Furniss in the second of his series of basic welding classes as he covers welding theory and safety using MIG welding equipment.

This class is designed to provide enough information and examples to give the participant the confidence to try welding at home.

**No welding will be done during the class as our zoning prohibits welding on-site.

While we could teach you all about how to use a sewing machine in general it would make more sense to teach you how to use your machine better. Our very own Rebecca will guide you through the basics. We will reinforce the lessons by making a sewing machine cover during the class. Limited to six participants.

Skills to be learned:
- How to thread your machine
- How to insert the needle and bobbin
- How to change out the feet
- How to adjust thread tension
- How to wind the bobbin
